We hire only state certified, patient, and committed educators from Miami-Dade and Broward County Schools. Occasionally, we do hire recent college graduates who have earned degrees in Education or related fields.

Growing Minds' staff members are thoroughly trained and knowledgeable in all subject matter taught. Every lesson is aligned to the Florida Sunshine Standards (SSS) and the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test ( FCAT). The skills taught are beneficial to the students of private and public schools.

We pride ourselves in demonstrating a superb record in improving student academic achievement.
